The meeting will present the final technical results of the project as well as the economic and social impact.
The aim of the LIFE ECORKWASTE project (Integrated and sustainable management of cork waste generated in the cork industry) is to achieve total reuse and recovery of cork waste. With the results of the experimentation, we want to demonstrate the feasibility of valuing cork waste not currently used for the treatment of wastewater in the wine sector, through a treatment wetland and the gasification plant.
